Meet the Team

Hi! My name is Jon and I am one of the owners of our prop shop.  I have been with Midwest Boat & Prop since 2011.  I believe in our business model so much that in 2019 I bought into MWBP and have worked as an owner ever since.  I also operate our large prop straightener machine, and really am here to help everyone in the shop.  I am certified with the National Marine Propeller Association and have proudly served on their board for 2 years.  I take a lot of pride in fixing the wheels that others say "can't be fixed".

Outside of work, I love to spend time with my wife and son, play golf and hunt.

Hello! My name is Brad, and I am the Prop Shop Manager. I started out in this industry in 1980, working at my brother’s prop shop and proceeded to buy this shop in 1990.  The years of experience and knowledge in this industry is my biggest added value.   I am the “overseer and fixer of everything” from maintenance, sales, customer service and shipping, to invoicing.

Outside of work I love to go motorcycling and spend time with my family.

Hi!  My name is Jameson and have been with Midwest Boat & Prop since 2009.  I am responsible for aluminum prop repair which includes pounding them out, brazing, shaping, grinding and balancing. I have a strong work ethic and was raised to be dependable and do a good job.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my son and also attending concerts, kayaking and paddle boarding.

Hello!  My name is Junior.  I have been here since 2018 and am our stainless & ski boat propellor technician. I straighten our propellers, polish/hand finish, work on lower units fixing skeg’s and cavitation plates. I started out fresh in this industry and worked hard to get to where I am at.  I can do most anything. I grew up on a farm where hard work is priority, and was taught loyalty and dedication to what I do.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, playing disc golf, and riding & fixing motorcycles.

i!  My name is Chris.  I’ve been here since 2020 as the shop’s Paint Technician. I put coatings on lowers and props to OEM specific color codes. Everything that comes in has a different paint process, there are brand color differences, and I need to replicate to the specs for quality.  I always say I “take ugly stuff and make it pretty”!  I have a strong work ethic, am dependable and know how important follow through is.

My biggest passion outside of work is rebuilding motorcycles.

Hello!  My name is Josh.  I have been at Midwest Boat and Prop since 2021 and am the Customer Relations Supervisor.  In my role, I ensure that all of our route customers are taken care of, receiving their high-quality product on time and that they are satisfied with our services.

Outside of work I enjoy cooking, gardening and listening to music.

Hi!  My name is Dallas and I have been driving routes for the prop shop since 2020.  I enjoy interacting with all of our clients and helping them with questions they have.  I have 25 years of construction experience, most being self-employed, and this experience has helped me understand how important customer satisfaction is.

When I am away from work, I enjoy hunting, fishing, playing disc golf and spending time with my 5 grandchildren.  I also really enjoy playing musical instruments and have been playing the guitar for over 45 years.
